From a DTU spin-out to an approved medical device.

IMP Scandinavia ApS develops the Intelligent Monitoring Sensor - a single reusable optical sensor that measures every core vital sign continuously and non-invasively, paired with an AI platform for clinicians.

Founded in 2020 by engineering students at the Technical University of Denmark, the company has taken the device from research to a fully approved Class IIb medical device and ISO 13485 certified quality system - with one mission: monitoring that follows the patient, from the ward to the living room.
